For United states buyers: we ship exclusively via USPS.
Orders above $30 most items are we shipped with a signature required at the time of delivery unless a release is provided in advance.
Shipping addresses usually cannot be changed after an item is shipped.
Orders are generally processed immediately upon receipt of payment and smaller items are shipped the same day if the order is placed prior to our daily cut off of 10AM EST. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or on the next business day. Larger items may require more time to prepare for shipment. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Clients will be notified if there is any unusual delay.

We are pleased to offer shipping across the globe. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping & handling charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Some inventory is available only to our US clients due to government restrictions. Please understand that all orders for restricted products will be canceled.
All items above $30 are insured for full value. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, customers may file a claim with the carrier within the guidelines set by the individual carrier. The item must be in the original packaging to place a claim. Please take photos of the damage to help in the claims process. We are happy to help facilitate the resolution of a claim in any way possible.
